3Com is continually enhancing the USB Network Interface (3C19250) driver. If
you experience problems, please download the latest USB Network Interface
driver from the 3Com web site.

The following information was not available when the USB Network Interface
Reference Guide went to print:

Before you call 3Com Technical Support, please try to have the following
information available:
	- The version of Windows on your PC
	- The version number of the USB Network Interface driver
	- The make and model of your PC
	- The version number of your PC BIOS
	- The type of USB Controller
	- The status of the LEDs on the USB Network Interface

If you would like to register your product via the 3Com Web site (instead of
posting the form in the Reference Guide), please enter the following URL
into your Web browser: http://www.3com.com/productreg/pdd/usb_reg.html

It is recommended that you do not install the 3Com USB Network Interface on
the following laptop PCs:
	- Toshiba Satellite 315CDT
	- Toshiba Satellite 440CDT
	- Toshiba Satellite 220CDS

If you experience problems using the USB Network Interface and 3Com
DynamicAccess(R) software, uninstall both the USB Network Interface and 3Com
DynamicAccess software. Then reinstall the USB Network Interface followed by
the DynamicAccess software.

You can only connect one USB Network Interface to a PC at a time.

If you disconnect your USB Network Interface from your PC and then reconnect
it, some PCs on your network may not be able to see your PC. If this happens
shutdown your PC and then switch it on again.

As with all other Network Interface Cards it can take some time for all other
PCs on the network to appear in Network Neighborhood.

It is not recommended that you use the USB Network Interface on a PC that has
another Network Interface Card enabled.

If installation of the USB Network Interface is not successful, check that an
unknown device is not listed under the Universal Serial Bus Controller (refer
to the Device Manager in the Control Panel). If an unknown device is listed,
shutdown your PC and then switch it on again.
