    UHDL supports operating systems.

[ This Version Release Note ]
1. Support MPEG2-TS file, add file extension "TS" ,"M2T" and "TRP".
2. Change Firmware Version and Copyright.

[ Notice ]
  - This firmware is for I-O DATA UHDL series only.
  - Check a UHDL series product working well before updating.
  - Check other computers access to UHDL series.
  - We recommend to connect ONLY between UHDL series and your updating computer
    for safe updating.
  - This updating needs few data space (10-20MB) in UHDL series.
    If your UHDL is full, you need to delete some files before.
  - Update the firmware correctly by following the on-screen instructions.
    The firmware has been updated when the POWER lamp on the UHDL stops blinking
    and turns to a steady light.
  - Setup window may not be updated after the firmware updating. This means your
    internet browser software (ex: Microsoft Internet Explorer) may keep a
    temporary file. In this case, you need to delete all temporary files by your
    browser software.

[ Update Firmware instruction ]

1. Open UHDL Series setup menu with Internet browser.    eg. URL is http://uhdl
2. Select setup "for Administrator".
3. Enter user name "admin" for logon UHDL Series.
4. Choose "Detail Setup" in Expert Mode.
5. Choose "Update Firmware" 
6. Enter Firmware folder and file name "update.tgz"
   * Any 2byte textures cannot be accepted.
7. Click 'update' button.
8. Click 'OK' button
9. System will re-boot after updating.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
