Note: The WFW 3.11 driver comply to NDIS 3.0 specs.
When a LAN driver is installed, Windows for Workgroups will present a
list of all available drivers. Since there will be no drivers
(TE16XP.386, TE16XP.DOS and TE16XP.COM driver programs ) initially,
select UNLIST for third-party adapters not included in the list.
Windows for Workgroups will ask for the path where the adapter drivers
reside. Insert the driver diskette in Drive A and type:
A:\WFW311
Modify the path accordingly. (ie. If the AUTOinstall was used C:\WFW311)
Windows for Workgroups will check whether or not the OEMSETUP.INF
file exists in the specified path. If the file exists, Windows for
Workgroups will then copy the appropriate drivers into the Windows
for Workgroups system.
The driver is now properly copied. Installation will then proceed to
the next steps. For information on these steps, please refer to your
Windows for Workgroups manual.
After installation, the drivers will be part of the Windows for
Workgroups system. Subsequent accesses to the driver lists will
include the TE-16XP Ethernet adapter drivers.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
