WIDCOMM, INC. ("WIDCOMM") IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE WIDCOMM SOFTWARE ACCOMPANYING THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") TO YOU ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING ON THE "YES" BUTTON YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, WIDCOMM IS UNWILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE TO YOU, AND YOU SHOULD CLICK ON THE "NO" BUTTON TO DISCONTINUE THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.
1. License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, WIDCOMM hereby grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the Software on a single computer for so long as this Agreement is in effect. This license automatically terminates if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions. WIDCOMM and its suppliers retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software, and any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved by WIDCOMM and its suppliers. You may not copy (except to make a single back-up copy), distribute, rent, lease, loan, modify or create derivative works, adapt, translate, perform, display, sublicense or transfer the Software. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Software except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. The Software may contain license management software that restricts your use of the Software. The Software shall be deemed accepted on downloading and/or installation.
3. No Warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AND WIDCOMM AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Without limiting the foregoing, WIDCOMM does not ensure continuous, error-free, secure or virus-free operation of the Software. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
4. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL WIDCOMM OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT. In no event shall WIDCOMM's liability for the Software, regardless of the form of action, exceed $500. Some states do not allow the foregoing limitations of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
5. Export. You may not export or re-export the Software except in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. General. The Software is a "commercial item." This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. Both parties submit to jurisdiction in California and further agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in a court in California. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly disclaimed. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected. This Agreement is the entire and exclusive agreement, and supersedes all prior agreements (whether written or oral) and other communications, between WIDCOMM and you with respect to the Software. This Agreement may only be changed by a writing signed by both parties.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
