Installation:
=============
  1. Power on the file server and execute the Novell SERVER.EXE program.

  2. If Novell NetWare Server version is v3.12, skip this step and go
     to step 3. If Novell NetWare Server version is v3.11, load the
     file LSLENH.NLM first. This will automatically load PATCHMAN.NLM.
     At the server's prompt, type:

        LOAD A:\NETWARE\SERVER\NW31X\LSLENH.NLM

  3. On the server console, load the driver directly. This will automatically
     load MSM31X and ETHERTSM.NLM. For example:

        LOAD A:\NETWARE\SERVER\NW31X\MXICSERV FRAME=Ethernet_802.2

  4. Bind with IPX:

        BIND IPX MXICSERV

  5. You can login the server from a workstation, and then copy MXICSERV.LAN to
     the directory SYS:\SYSTEM on server. Add the LOAD and BIND command lines
     to AUTOEXEC.NCF file so that the lan driver will be loaded automatically
     while the server starting up next time.

  NOTE:
  -----
    1. If you are doing the PERFORM3 or ENDURNCE test, you'd better add the
       followings in your AUTOEXEC.NCF of the server,

         Set Immediate Purge Of Deleted Files=ON

    2. You had better add the followings in the STARTUP.NCF:

         Set Reserved buffers below 16 meg 200
         Set maximum Physical receive Packet Size=1530
         set minimum packet receive buffers = 150

    3. Multiple LAN Adapters in a system:
       If you want to install mutiple LAN adapters in a server, you have to use
       the keyword, PORT, to let driver locate the right adapter.
       For example:

         LOAD MXICSERV PORT=D000 FRAME=Ethernet_802.2 NAME=Lan_1
         BIND IPX TO Lan_1 NET=2001
         LOAD MXICSERV PORT=D400 FRAME=Ethernet_802.2 NAME=Lan_2
         BIND IPX TO Lan_2 NET=2002

Configuration Parameters:
=========================

    Custom Keywords:
    ----------------
        AUTOSENSE               ;auto negotiation mode
        10HD                    ;force 10M/HalfDuplex mode
        10FD                    ;force 10M/FullDuplex mode
        100HD                   ;force 100M/HalfDuplex mode
        100FD                   ;force 100M/FullDuplex mode

    For example:
        LOAD MXICSERV PORT=D000 100HD FRAME=Ethernet_802.2 NAME=LAN_A
        BIND IPX TO LAN_A NET=11

Installation Notes:
===================

    If you are doing the PERFORM3 or ENDURNCE test :

    1.> You had better add the followings in your AUTOEXEC.NCF:

              Set Immediate Purge Of Deleted Files=ON

    2.> You had better add the followings in the STARTUP.NCF:

              Set Reserved buffers below 16 meg 200
