Windows 95/98 Video Device Driver for S3 chipsets.
****Installing your new S3 Video Driver for Windows 95/98.****
1. Select the My Computer icon, the Control Panel icon, and
then the Display icon.
2. You should now be in the Display Properties window.
Select the Settings tab, and click on the Advanced
Properties button.
3. In the Advanced Display Properties window, select the
Adapter tab, and click the Change... button.
4. The Update Device Driver Wizard window appears.
Click on the Next button to continue.
5. A new window appears, prompting either for Windows to
search for a device driver or for manual selection. Click
the following option: "Display a list of all the drivers
in a specific location, so you can select the driver you
want." After this, click on the Next button.
6. From the new window, click on the Have Disk button. Type
or browse the path {CD-ROM Drive}:\Drivers\Display\PM133\Win9x
and then click OK.
7. After the Select Device screen appears, select "S3 Inc.
ProSavage PM133" and then click "OK".
8. Click "Next". Follow the prompts to insert your Windows CD
or ASUS support CD to install the driver. Click "Finish"
when done.
9. Close all open windows and click "Yes" to reboot. The
driver should now be loaded.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
