  AT Commands

  For Standard AND Enhanced AT Command Set, please refer to the document
  (ATCOMSET.DOC) copied to \Windows directory. To view this document, you
  need to have Microsoft Words v6.0c or above.

  Overview
  ========

  By default a server supporting V.90 and K56flex will always indicate
  V.90 support through V.8. Assuming the server and client support both
  V.90 and K56flex, the client modem makes the decision of preference
  between V.90 and K56flex. This preference is controlled via AT+MS command.
  By default the client will select V.90 before K56flex.

  V.90 Connection
  ===============

  The client modem will detect if the server is A-law or m-law through the
  received INFO sequence, and will automatically configure itself accordingly.

  56K Connection
  ==============

  The client modem will automatically select A-law or m-law through V.8bis
  if the server only accepts K56 connection.

  This software has been specially cutomised to allow 56K connection using
  æ-law modulation format used by most countries in the US and Asia (e.g.
  Japan etc.). If you are unable to achieve 56K data connection (depending
  on the line condition, in most cases, connection at speed around 44K to
  50K is more reasonable), please check up with your local ISP for details.
