IR Port Driver Update Procedure for Windows 98

1. Double click on "My Computer", double click on "Control Panel",
and then double click on "System".
2. Select "Device Manager", select "Network adapters", and then double
click on "Winbond Infrared Controller".
3. Click on "Driver" tab, and then click on "Update Driver".
4. Click on "Next>", select "Display a list of all the drivers in a
specific location, so you can select the driver you want.", and then
click on "Next>".
5. Click on "Have Disk...".
6. Click on "Browse", and then specify the location of infrared driver
from your L7200/7300 Driver & Utility CD-ROM disk at "D:\FIR\WIN98".
7. Keep Clicking-on "OK" three times.
8. Click on "Next".
9. Click on "Yes" to keep an existing file wbfirpio.sys .
10.Click on "Finish" to complete installation.
11.Click on "Yes" to reboot your computer.
12.Reboot your system to finish the update procedure.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
