Install ENE CB1410 CARDBUS CONTROLLER Driver on Windows XP Manually

1. Right click the "My Computer" icon on the desktop window, and select "Properties". 
   Or you can also press the "Start" button. Select "Control Panel". Double click on the "System" icon.

2. Select "Hardware" page and then click [Device Manager] button.

3. View devices by type and find "PCMCIA adapters" node.
   
4. Double click or right click the "Generic CardBus Controller" node.

5. When the menu appears, click the "Properties" item.

6. Please select [Driver] page and click "Update Driver..." button.

7. Select "Install from a list or specific location.", then click "Next".

8. Select "Don't search. I will choose the driver to install.", then click "Next" again.

9. Click "Have Disk..." button. Type or browse the path {CD-ROM Drive}:\Drivers\PCMCIA\WinXP to the driver. 

10. Select "ENE CB1410 CARDBUS CONTROLLER". Click "Next".

11. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
