  Thank you for down-loading UNLHA32.DLL ver 0.97.

  UNLHA32.DLL is a 32 bit version of Windows Dynamic Link Library to compress
/extract files in LHA format (files with .LZH extensions). It is NOT an
application by itself and would not compression/extraction file without
another application using this library.
  Please be aware that this software is still under development and API
specification may change in future revisions. As with LHA for NT, archive
format, header format, commands, and options may also change in future
revisions.
  Finally, all messages in creating DOS self-extracting files are still in
Japanese. Thus, on an English system, messages will not appear correctly.

Installation ****************************************************************
  (1) When developing a program using UNLHA32.DLL
      Please refer to API_E.TXT and COMMAN_E.TXT for information on UNLHA
      API interface and command set respectively.
      To use UNLHA32.DLL from a program, it is necessary to:
        a) include UNLHA32.H during program compilation and link with UNLHA32.LIB
           file
        or
        b) use LoadLibrary()/GetProcAddress() procedures to dynamically link
           UNLHA32.DLL.
  (2) When just using application using UNLHA32.DLL
      Extract  ULHA397E.EXE file in a directory. Move UNLHA.DLL file to
      the WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ directory. ONLY UNLHA32.DLL FILE NEEDS TO BE COPIED.
      An application supporting UNLHA32.DLL is necessary to actually compress/
      extract files.
      WARNING: If version of UNLHA32.DLL differ from UNLHA32.DLL supported by
               an application, it may not run properly.

FAQ *************************************************************************
Q1: I extracted all files in ULHA397E.EXE but UNLHA32.DLL was not extracted.
A1: Explorer by default does not display files with extension .DLL.
    Select [View]-[Options]-[Show all Files]
Q2: Time stamp is not correct.
A2: UNLHA32.DLL stamps file in Greenwich time instead of local time by
    default. To use local time convention, set environment variable TZ.
    For those residing in Japan, insert the following line in the
    AUTOEXEC.BAT file.
      SET TZ=JST-9
    Windows95 users should also reselect time zone from the Control Panel.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
