readme.txt Driver File Contents (tnt9145.exe)

Use the following procedure to install the STB nVIDIA TNT drivers for Windows 98.

1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Display icon to access the Display Properties screen.
3. Click the Settings tab and then click the Advanced.. button.
4. At the Advanced Display Properties screen, click the Adapter tab.
5. Under the Adapter tab windows, click the Change... button.
6. At the Update Device Driver Wizard, click the Next button.
7. Chose Display a list of all the driver in a specific location... then click the Next button.
8. Click the Have Disk button.
9. At the install From Disk windows, enter the directory where the files are located.
10. Select "STB nVIDIA TNT 16MB" from the list and click OK.
11. At the Update Device Driver Wizard window, click the Next button.
12. The files will be copied.
11. When copying is complete, click Finish.
12. Click Close. At the Display Properties screen, click Close again.
13. At the prompt, click Yes to restart the computer.
14. To select the desired display resolution/color depth, click Start, Settings, Control Panel, and click the Display icon to display the Display Properties dialog box.  Click the Settings tab then set the resolution, & color depth.
15. To verify the drivers are correctly loaded, go into Device Manager.  Double click on the STB nVIDIA TNT 16MB entry, click the Drivers tab, click the Drivers file details button.  The Driver File Details window appears, towards the bottom, the file version should be 4.10.01.9145.
