If your system contains the QI Cinemaster 1.2C Hardware DVD decoder card and you are running Win95 (or have upgraded your OS to Win98 but did not upgrade your DVD drivers to the Win98 WDM version), you must update your DVD driver before updating your system BIOS. If you do not, your system will hang when it boots up. This DVD driver updated has been included in this download package. Install this driver before you upgrade your BIOS to version A09. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS To install the DVD driver, go to the Control Panel and double click on System. Go to the Device Manager tab and double click on Sound, video and game controllers. Select Cinemaster II and click on Properties. Select the Driver tab then click on Update Driver. Choose Yes (Recommended). Windows will search the floppy and then put up a message saying a driver could not be found. Click on the Other Locations button and then Browse. Then point it to the location of the downloaded files. After the files are loaded, Windows will ask to restart the computer.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
