File Descriptions:
EN2212.INF Device Information File for the EN2212 Adapter.
ETHPCM95.SYS EN2212 Microsoft Windows 95 device driver.
* Windows 95 Versions 950 and 950a installation procedure:
1) Insert the EN2212 Adapter into the PCMCIA slot. The system displays
the "New Hardware Found" window, with "ACCTON-EN2212" as the device
name.
2) Select "Drivers from disk provided by hardware manufacturer".
Click the OK button.
3) At the "Install From Disk" window, enter the drive letter and path
where the device information file (.INF file) and device driver can
be found (e.g. A:\WIN95). Click "OK". The driver then installs
itself.
4) If the system asks for files from the Windows 95 CD-ROM, please
specify the location of it. Follow the prompt until the installation
is complete.
5) Reboot the machine to start the network.
* Windows 95 Version 950 B (OSR2) installation procedure:
1) Insert this driver disk into the floppy drive (e.g. drive A.)
Insert the EN2212 Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter into a PCMCIA slot.
The "Update Device Driver Wizard" window appears, with the message:
"This Wizard will complete the installation of: ACCTON-EN2212."
Click the Next button.
2) The Update Device Driver Wizard displays the message:
"Windows was unable to locate a driver for this device."
Clieck the "Other Locations..." button. When the "Select Other
Location" dialog box appears, enter "A:\WIN95", and click the OK
button.
3) The Update Device Driver Wizard displays the message:
"Windows found the following updated driver for this device:
Accton EN2212 Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter." Click the Finish button.
4) Windows 95 displays the Insert Disk dialog box, with the message:
"Please insert the disk labeled Accton EN2212 Installation Diskette."
Click the OK button.
5) At the Copying Files dialog box, when the system asks for the
location of the ETHPCM95.SYS file, enter "A:\win95." Click the
OK button.
6) Windows 95 starts the installation process. If the system asks for
files from the Windows 95 CD-ROM, please specify the location of it.
Follow the prompt until the installation is complete.
7) Remove the disk from the floppy drive and reboot the machine to
start the network.

Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
