UP-D6500/6400/6300 Series Windows95 Printer Driver

This file contains important last-minute information.
Please refer to this Readme in advance.

1.When you connect multi UP-D6500s through SCSI interface, please do not change the printer
name "SONY UP-6500" which is installed at the first. If you change this, paper size and the
other parameter become wrong. You can change the second one to the other name such as
  "SONY UP-D6500 SCSI2".

2.The instruction manual is under Doc folder.
Please copy it to hard disk and double click.

3.Please restart your computer after installing an upgraded driver
  software.

4.You need to change BIOS setting of your computer to ECP when you
use UP-D6500 Series in ECP mode. Please refer to the manual of your host
  computer for details.

5.If you try printing before the UP-D6500 Series is powered on, the following
message will be displayed (in case of Centronics interface).

"The printer is not ready. Make sure it is turned on and online."

"Retry" may sometimes do not work correctly even though powering on the
printer after this message. In that case, just cancel printing and retry
  printing.
