1.0) Installation der neuen Treiber unter Windows 9x
Nach dem Starten von Windows und Erkennen des PCI Multimedia Audio Device wählen Sie Weiter.
Wählen Sie Nach dem besten Treiber für das Gerät suchen (empfohlen) und klicken Sie Weiter.
Aktivieren Sie Geben Sie eine Position an. Geben Sie den Pfad C:\512i digital\WIN9X_Me ein und
wählen Sie Weiter. Klicken Sie erneut auf Weiter und bestätigen Sie den darauf folgenden
Dialog mit Fertig stellen. Folgen Sie den weiteren Anweisungen des Hardwareassistenten.

2.0) Installation der neuen Treiber unter Windows Me
Nach dem Starten von Windows und Erkennen des PCI Multimedia Audio Device wählen Sie
Position des Treibers angeben (Erweitert) und klicken Sie Weiter. Deaktivieren Sie die
Checkbox Wechselmedien (Diskette, CD-ROM...). Aktivieren Sie die Checkbox Geben Sie eine Position an:,
geben Sie den Pfad C:\512i digital\Win9x_Me ein und klicken Sie auf Weiter. Alternativ können Sie
in den entsprechenden Ordner wechseln, in dem Sie auf Durchsuchen... klicken. Auch den nächsten
Bildschirm sollten Sie mit Weiter bestätigen. Zum Schluss klicken Sie auf Fertig stellen.

the self-extracting archive "512i_digital_9x_Me.exe" unzipps the driver without sample set into
the folder C:\512i digital\Win9x_Me by default.

1.0) Installation of the new driver using Windows 9x
After Windows has started and detected the PCI Multimedia Audio Device, click Next.
Choose Search for the best driver for my device (recommended) and click Next.
Click Enter a location. Enter the path C:\512i digital\WIN9X_me and click Next.
Click Next again and acknowledge the dialog box which then appears with Finish.
Follow the instructions given by the hardware wizard.

After Windows has started and the PCI Multimedia Audio Device is recognised, select
Enter the location of the driver (expanded) and click on Next. Deactivate the check box
Change media (diskette, CD-ROM...). Activate the check box Enter the location:, enter the path
C:\512i digital\Win9x_Me and click on Next. Alternatively, you can change to the relevant folder
by clicking on Browse. Confirm the next screen also by clicking on Next. To complete the
installation click Finish.

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
