¥£¨áâàë ã¯à ¢«¥¨ï ®áᨩ᪨¬  (RCID): S71 ,S72 ,S73.

-S71: sets the delay between OffHook and first request signal
      Delay = S71 * 5ms.
      The default is set to 56, thus current delay is 250 ms.
      Since for the moment the Silicon DAA doesn't allow to get this
      delay under 250 it doesn't make sense to set a value lower than
      56.

-S72: sets 2 parameters -bit 0..2 => number of beep request
                        -bit 3..7 => beep request duration
