Insbesondere mssen die INF-Dateien angepasst werden. Je nach Windows-Version sind dazu andere Dateien erforderlich. Grunds„tzlich muá man die Dateien aus den entsprechenden Verzeichnis ins INF-Directory kopieren. Dazu ”ffnet men eine DOS-Box, wechselt ins Windows-INF-Verzeichnis etwa mit C: CD \WINDOWS\INF Dort angelangt sichert man die alten INF-Dateien: ATTRIB -h -r -s MSHDC.INF COPY MSHDC.INF *.OLD ATTRIB -h -r- s MACHINE.INF COPY MASHINE.INF *.OLD REM nur bei OSR 2.1 ATTRIB -h -r -s USB.INF COPY USB.INF *.OLD Anschliesend kopiert man die neuen INF-Dateien auf die Platte. Je nach Windows-Version stehen die ben”tigten Dateien in verschiedenen Verzeichnissen: Ursprngliche Windows 95 Version (950): \W95_950 Windows 95, Version 950a (Fixpack 1, OSR 1.0): \W95_950a Windows 95, Version 950b (Fixpack 2, OSR 2.0): \W95_950b Windows 95 mit USB-Support (OSR 2.1) \W95_950b.USB Damit Windows 95 die neuen Treiber l„d l”scht am im Ger„temanager im Bereich Systemkomponenten die alten Eintr„ge fr die Prozessor-Bridge und die PCI-to-ISA-Bridge. Nach den m„chsten Systemstart wird Windows 95 die neuen Komponenten erkennen und die entsprechenden Treiber aus den INF-Verzeichnis einbinden.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
