Windows 95 Display Driver Installation Instructions
1. Press the right button of mouse in the Windows 95 wallpaper area
2. Select "Properties"
3. Choose the "Settings" Tab in the "Display Properties" window
4. Select "Change Display Type"
5. Select "Change" in the "Adapter Type" section
6. Select "Have Disk"
7. In the "Install from Disk" window change the
"Copy manufacture's files from A:" to
"Copy manufacture's files from A:\WIN95"
8. Select "OK"
9. Select "OK" in the "Select Device" window
10. After all drivers are copied, select "Close" in the "Change Display Type"
window
11. Select "Apply" or "Close" in the "Display" window
12. Restart Windows 95
Trouble Shooting:
Q: I use the Refresh Rate Control in the Display Property Sheet to switch
the display card to the high frequency (e.g.120Hz), and there is no
video in the monitor (Cause of the monitor does not support this
high frequency mode). I power off the PC and then power on.
But the Windows 95 always set to the high frequency mode.
How can I change the display card back to the low frequency mode ?
A: Change the Windows 95 to the "Safe mode" and Re-Install the Windows 95
Display Driver
Step 1: Power on the PC
Step 2: Press F8 to enter the booting selection menu
Step 3: Select "safe mode"
Step 4: Re-Install the Windows 95 Driver

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
