		       subdirectory with HELP8029.EXE;

   RSET8029.EXE        RSET8029 program set up the adapter's hardware
		       configuration and  running diagnostics;

   8029INIT.EXE        The 8029INIT program is to use NE2000 driver
		       mode. You must be run this program to set NE2000
		       driver.
