Instructions for constructing a new release of IDEA_VideoTest

This build process requires a Windows platform DDK (98DDK for
example). You may need to change project settings to rebuild
IDEAVtdrv.dll.

1. Rebuild the project Idea_VideoTest\IDEAVtdrv\IDEAVtdrv.dsw
    to create IDEAVtdrv.dll.

2. Rebuild the project Idea_VideoTest\Idea_VideoTest.dsw to
    create VideoTest.exe.

3. In a single directory, combine the following files:

    + VideoTest.exe
    + IDEAVtdrv.dll
    + IdeaHk.dll

4. Create a ZIP file IDEA_VideoTest.zip with the above files.
Do not use recursive folder saving or save full pathnames
    into the ZIP file.

5. Rename the ZIP file to IDEA_VideoTest.zip. Create an EXE
    file from the ZIP file.

Call the EXE file IDEA_VideoTest.exe or perhaps add the
    version to the name (IDEA_VideoTest31.exe).
