1. Introduction
================
The Universal Library provides a fast, simple, and powerful API that allows
programmers and engineers to develop sophisticated data acquisition applications 
using various programming languages. 

InstaCal is an easy to use insallation, calibration and test software that minimizes 
the time between set up and actually making measurements

2. Requirements
================
Microsoft Windows 2000 (SP4)/XP (SP2)/Vista operating system 
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or later (required only for the UL .NET class libraries) 
Intel Pentium III class processor, 500 MHz or higher 
Video display—800 x 600, 256 colors or greater
Minimum of 256 MB of RAM (512 MB or higher recommended) 
Minimum of 125 MB of free hard disk space 
Microsoft-compatible mouse

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
