This update will invoke the use of CRDs (Color Rendering Dictionaries) in a Windows NT 4.0 (Intel) environment for Microsoft Office Applications only. This update also consists of PPDs which will allow you to print a transparency or thick paper from the bypass tray. To apply this patch correctly, the old PPDs must be deleted first. Go to Start, Find, Files or Folders… Search for efxjx*.ppd, delete when found. Search for efidrv*.dll, delete when found. Note: Only delete files listed in table 1, do not delete other PPDs or the files just copied to the temporary directory. Additionally, if a file cannot be deleted because it is currently in use, close all applications, restart the PC, and repeat step 1. 2. Go to the Start menu and select Settings, Printers. When the Printers window opens, delete the PPD icon for the printer you wish to apply this patch to (MajestiK, Regal, DocuColor 5750, or DocuColor 5799). 3. Double-click on Add Printer. 4. In the Add Printer Wizard, select Next. 5. Choose a port, then select Next. 6. Select Have Disk, then browse to the temporary directory where the extracted files are located. 7. Select Ntprint.inf file, then select Open, OK. 8. Highlight the printer that is being updated and select Next. 9. Choose Replace Existing Driver, then select Next three times. 10. Choose No when asked if you would like to print a test page, then select Finish. 11. When a Files Needed screen appears, browse to the directory where the extracted files are located, select Open and OK. 12. The update is complete! After successful completion of this update, the Rendering Styles Printer Feature is now operable.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
