END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR EBOOK TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SOFTWARE
RB2Project 1.1


EBOOK TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ("ETI") IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE ETI 
SOFTWARE PRODUCT IDENTIFIED ABOVE, WHICH INCLUDES COMPUTER SOFTWARE 
AND MAY INCLUDE ASSOCIATED MEDIA, PRINTED MATERIALS, AND "ONLINE" 
OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SOFTWARE PRODUCT") 
TO YOU ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS 
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (THIS "EULA").

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and 
international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual 
property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not 
sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:

a. Software Product. ETI grants to you a personal, nonexclusive, 
nontransferable, nonsublicensable, royalty-free license during the 
term of this EULA to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the sole purpose 
of creating and formatting content for use on your eBook device. 
Except as provided in Section 2(a), you may install the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT on an unlimited number of computers. You may make copies 
of any documentation accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided 
such copies are used solely by you and that you do not disclose, 
sell, license or lend such documentation to any third party.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

a. Limitations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, 
disassemble, otherwise create derivative works of the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT or attempt to obtain the source code of the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT, except to the extent that such activity is expressly 
permitted by applicable law if you have licensed and are using the 
SOFTWARE PRODUCT outside the United States.  You may not sublicense, 
rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any third party.  You 
may not alter, obscure or remove any proprietary marks or notices on
any portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

b. Support Services. ETI will not be providing you with any support 
services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 

c. Term. This EULA is effective upon your use of the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT and will remain in effect until terminated.  You may 
terminate this EULA at any time by deleting and destroying the 
SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all copies of the documentation in your 
possession.  ETI may terminate this EULA immediately upon notice 
to you in the event that you breach this EULA.  Rights and obligations 
which by their nature should survive will survive any termination of 
this EULA.

3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, 
animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated 
into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying documentation, and any 
copies thereof are owned solely by ETI or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty 
provisions.

4. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and 
documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, 
or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set 
forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and 
Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c) 
(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software- Restricted Rights 
at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is eBook Technologies,

5. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. You agree that neither you nor your 
customers will, directly or indirectly, export or transmit (i) the 
SOFTWARE PRODUCT or related documentation and technical data or (ii) your 
software product as described in Section 1(a) of this EULA (or any 
part thereof), or process, or service that is the direct product of 
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, to any country to which such export or transmission 
is restricted by any applicable U.S. regulation or statute, without the 
prior written consent, if required, of the Bureau of Export 
Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce, or such other 
governmental entity as may have jurisdiction over such export or
transmission.

6. Governing Law/ Venue. If you acquired this product in the United 
States, this EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California 
without reference to its conflicts of laws principles.  You agree 
that any action related to this EULA shall be brought, and venue 
exclusively in, the state and federal courts located in San Diego, 
California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.  THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED WITHOUT 
CHARGE AND "AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS" ETI AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL 
WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE 
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL ETI OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE 
LIABLE UNDER THIS EULA, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER CONTRACT, 
TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT 
SHALL ETI OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, 
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION) 
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, 
EVEN IF ETI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE 
SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION 
OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR THE EXCLUSION OF 
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG A GIVEN WARRANTY MAY LAST, 
THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
