LICENSE AGREEMENT AND WARRANTY FOR THE ENCLOSED SOFTWARE 


IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS THE LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYRIGHTED SOFTWARE AND RELATED DOCUMENTATION. YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE OPENING THE DISKETTE PACKAGE. OPENING THE DISKETTE PACKAGE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, YOU SHOULD PROMPTLY RETURN THIS PACKAGE UNOPENED.



1.	GRANT OF LICENSE

Xerox Corporation and Software 2000 International Limited ("Software 2000") hereby grant the customer a non-exclusive license to use the software and related documentation ("The Software") on the following terms and conditions.

2.	USE

The Customer may install the Software for use with the Xerox Document WorkCenter Pro 610 only on a single computer. If networked, other users on the network may access and use the Software on the single computer as a shared facility, provided no more than one copy of the software is in use at any one time.

3.	OWNERSHIP, COPYING, MODIFICATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

3.1	Xerox Corporation and Software 2000 own or are otherwise entitled to grant licenses in respect of all rights in the Software.
3.2	No title to or ownership of the Software is transferred to Customer.
3.3	The Customer may not copy the related documentation.
3.4	The Customer may not alter or modify nor cause others to alter or modify the Software.
3.5	The Customer agrees not to provide or otherwise make available the Software to other than its employees and agents directly concerned with the licensed 
use of the Software.
3.6	The Software is protected by copyright and other proprietary rights of Xerox Corporation or of a third party depending on the particular Software licensed
The Customer may be held directly responsible by such third parties for any infringement of such rights by the Customer.

4.	WARRANTY

4.1	Xerox Corporation warrants that the Software shall substantially conform to Xerox's User Manual or other Xerox supplied documentation for a period of
ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to the original Customer. Xerox Corporation and Software 2000 do not warrant that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it will meet the Customer's needs.
4.2	In the event that the Software does not conform to the limited warranty contained in Section 4.1 above, the Customer's only remedy is to return the
Software to the supplier within ninety (90) days of the date of delivery, and the supplier's sole obligation shall be to replace the Software with conforming Software.
4.3	Xerox Corporation and Software 2000 grant no other warranties on the Software, and any liability of Xerox Corporation 	and Software 2000 for breach of
any other warranty or condition, express or implied, whether by statute or otherwise, including any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of data) arising out of or in connection with the Software is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Xerox Corporation further disclaims any warranties or representations made by persons other than Xerox Corporation (including, but not limited to, Xerox Corporation software distributors and dealers).

5.	TERMINATION

	Xerox Corporation may terminate this license immediately upon notice in the event of a material breach of this Agreement by the Customer in which
event the Customer shall return to Xerox Corporation all copies of the Software.

6.	LAW

	If any provision or portion of this License shall be found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions 	or portions shall remain in full
force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New York State and is subject to the jurisdiction of New York State courts.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
