Xerox 42xx/MRP Drivers for Microsoft Windows 95
                              Release 1.0
                            September, 1995

This folder contains PostScript and PCL Drivers for the Xerox 42xx/MRP
family of Mid-Range Printers for Microsoft Windows 95. Supported printers
include:

  Xerox 4215/MRP
  Xerox 4219/MRP
  Xerox 4220/MRP
  Xerox 4230/MRP

Install the drivers using the standard Windows 95 "Add Printer" wizard:

  1. Copy all the files in the folder 4215d5 to a disk. Do not copy the folder itself.
  2. Follow the screens until the manufacturer/model window appears.
  3. Select the "Have Disk" button.
  4. Select "Browse" button from Install From Disk window.
  5. Select either the "PCL" or "PS" folder and "OK" from the Open window.
  6. Select "OK" from the Install From Disk window.
  7. Select the desired printer driver from the Add Printer Wizard window.
  8. Continue the installation as directed by the Add Printer Wizard.

Known Limitations

  1. The PCL driver does not allow direct selection of the output tray
for the 4220/MRP or 4230/MRP. Select the desired output tray (Top Tray
or High Capacity Stacker) at the printer's user interface then select
"Upper" or "Face Up" in the driver. "Upper" will select the tray that
was set up at the user interface and "Face Up" will select the face up
      tray on the printer.
