Obtaining UNIX drivers for the EtherExpress(TM) PRO/100B LAN Adapter

independent software vendor (ISV), unless otherwise noted.
Release schedules included in this file are based on the latest
information available and are subject to change. All dates are estimated
for the calendar year. Products listed are trademarks of the

UnixWare version 1.1 is not supported by the PRO/100B adapter.
UnixWare* Version 2.X

UnixWare 2.X drivers will be available in Q3 `96 from SCO. Check SCO's

The EtherExpress PRO/100B adapter drivers for SCO UNIX release 3.2 v4.2
and SCO OpenServer release 5 are available from SCO.

Follow these steps to download the drivers from SCO's web page.
1. http://www.sco.com/
2. Choose Services.
3. Choose Technical Service.
4. Choose SCO Technical Support FTP Services.
5. Choose Technical Library Supplements (TLS)
For SCO release 3.2 v4.2:
tls095.ltr Cover letter and install information.
tls095.dd.Z LLI driver
For SCO OpenServer release 5:
tls595.ltr Cover letter and install information.
tls595.dd.Z LLI driver

NeXT is scheduled to release a driver for the PRO/100B in June 96.
Check the NeXT WEB page at http://www.next.com/. The driver name is
Intel82557NetworkDriver.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
