FILE: readme.txt Copyright (c), Symmetric Research, 2003-2004 Digio is a simple console mode program for writing and reading the digital I/O port on one of the PARxCH A/D boards. This port is accessed on the DB15 connector on the right hand side of the front panel. There are 4 output bits and 4 input bits with CMOS/TTL signal levels. The program prompts for a four bit hex value and writes it as digital output. Digital output values are latched. After the output the digital inputs are read and displayed. For simple testing, output values can be monitored with a voltmeter or LEDs. There are series limiting resistors on the PARxCH digital outputs to limit LED current. You may also wish to build a simple looopback test jig with the TRM15E terminal board and a few wires to feed the output values back to the inputs. See digio.c for additional details.Download Driver Pack
