Firmware ComPoint Industrial Release Notes 1.67
================================================================================

IMPORTANT!
Download the latest ComPoint Manager (CPM) version from www.ARtem.de.
The CPM version should be at least V2.29. See "Help->About...".

Required steps for update

1. Start the ComPoint Manager.
Verify that your devices have been found.

2. You may check the firmware version of each device by activating
"Retrieve firmware version and product name, too"
in the "Extras->Options" menu or by opening a Web session to the device.
The firmware version is displayed on the status page.

3. To update the firmware on a specific device, first select the device you would
like to update. Click the "Configuration" menu and choose "Load firmware".
Browse the available firmware packages and select the cpi_sc-v1_67.afw
    in folder cpi_sc-v1_67.

4. The ComPoint Manager now checks, if the device could be updated using this
firmware file. If this is correct, the "Upload" button apears.
Clicking at this button starts downloading the firmware.
You may be asked to enter the password after clicking the "Upload"
button. In this case, enter the password and click "OK".
