dsiisis.txt Driver File Contents (inst2k.zip)

May 29, 1998

This file contains the 32 bit ISIS interface for Dunord 32bit drivers.

the file dsiisis.px5 is the driver that is required for Windows 95.
For Windows NT, the file must be renamed dsiisis.pxn

In both cases, the file must be copied in the pixtran directory of the
Windows or WindowsNT directory. On a dual boot machine, each file must
be copied in its respective directory.

dsiisis.px* is a layer between ISIS application and dunord drivers.
It relies on dunordsi.dll to control the scanner. So, in order to work
correctly, dunordsi.dll must be installed and working. You should
install the dunord interface and its 32bit drivers and make sure
it works with S2Fv2. When you are sure that the installation is OK,
then start your ISIS application and select the driver named
"Dunord 32bit interface". You can then use the scanner.

This is the first release of this driver and it has been tested with
many Pixel Translation programs. We would appreciate if you report to us
on which program you have used this interface. Also, please report any
problem so we may fix them promptly.
