The version number of your installed Windows can be found in the registry under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Version and VersionNumber. The Entries for OSR-2.1 are: Version "Windows95" VersionNumber "4.03.1212" or "4.03.1214" ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 6. Known Bugs and Operating Notes This section documents known anomalies or problems and gives hints on work arounds. 6.1 Version 4.10.01.0302 6.1.1 Installation over an existing nVIDIA-driver If you install the ELSA Display Driver over an nVIDIA Display Driver, the key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ OpenGLDrivers\RIVA128 will not actualised. Replace "nv3ogl.dll" with "elsaveao.dll" 6.1.2 "OpenGL" The hardware support for OpenGL only works only at 16 bpp colordepth up to screenmode 800x600 Pixel. OpenGL based screensavers, e.g. 3D Pipes, may occur some malfunctions on some systems if powermangement is activated. 6.1.3 "G-Police" on TV If the game "G-Police", - possibly other applications too, has blit errors, you have to disable the Direct3D Anti-Aliasing-Support in the "ELSA D3D-Settings". (Only with graphics hardware with less than 6 MB RAM) 6.1.4 "Quickres" change on TV If you change the colordepth with "Quickres" on TV-Out and after that restarts in DOS-Mode, the screen remains black. So please always reboot your PC after changing the screenmode. 6.1.5 There may occur misrepresentation of colors and displays by viewing MPEG files with "ELSA Motion" extension boards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------Download Driver Pack
