ATTENTION Refer to your cellular phone manual or your cellular service provider to set the following options if available on your model: 1. Enable DATA mode. 2. Disable VOX mode. 3. Disable EXTEND TALK TIME. For best results connect your phone to your modem using the following procedure: 1. Refer to readme.txt on the provided disk for information pertaining to replacing your existing .inf file. 2. Disable Power Conservation on your laptop. 3. Insert MobileSURFR in your PCMCIA slot. 4. Turn on your phone. 5. Connect phone and modem via the cable. 6. Cycle power on your phone to establish communications between modem and phone. 7. Wait approximately 5 seconds until your phone acquires service signal. 8. Close the flip on your phone before it goes to sleep (indicated by phone display backlight turning off). 9. Wait approximately 10 seconds for your phone to go into sleep mode. 10. You are now ready to communicate.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
