--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The following INF entries can be customized :

    - Setting the Default CrsytalWave volume (GlobalGain)

GlobalGain is a log scaled value, set on the cssynth.exe panel. The
range of values is from 0 to 3ffh and the default value is 2f0h

The INF entry is the following:
        HKLM,Software\Crystal\CrystalWave\0.0,GlobalGain,1,f0,02,00,00

        Example
To set the default volume value to 320h, the entry needs to be modified
        to read:
        HKLM,Software\Crystal\CrystalWave\0.0,GlobalGain,1,20,03,00,00

    - Setting the primary DirectSound buffer size (DS_BuffSz_fSec)
The default value is 1.00 second. The INF entry is the following:
        HKLM,Software\Crystal\CrystalWave\0.0,DS_BuffSz_fSec,,1.000

        Example
To set the buffer size to 1/2 second, modify the entry to read:

NOTE: The recommended size is 1.00 second. Make sure the decimal point
is included in the value since the data type is a floating
              point.

The default value is "CrystalWave Synthesizer 2.30". You may modify
