For Windows 95
===================
    1. Turn the power of your PC on to boot from Windows 95. Windows 95 may
       auto-detect your new adapter installed, and the "New Hardware Found"
       dialogue box will appear. Select "Driver from disk provided by hardware
       manufacturer" to install driver from the CDROM that come with your
       mainboard.

       Note: If your new adapter is not detected by Windows 95, you can open
       "My Computer" -> "Control Panel" -> "Networks" after Windows 95 comes up,
       and select "Add adapter" -> "Have disk" to install driver from the
       the CDROM that come with your maiboard.

    2. Insert the CD2000 CD into your CDROM drive, and specify the
       path of the driver in the CDROM(i.e. \DevDrv\Net\RealTek\WIN95\WIN95A or if os is 
       Win95 osr2 \DevDrv\Net\RealTek\WIN95 ) to copy the driver
       files to your system.

    3. When the driver installation is completed, restart Windows 95.




  For Windows 98
===================
   1. Turn the power of your PC on to boot from Windows 98. Windows 98 may
       auto-detect your new adapter installed, and the "New Hardware Found"
       dialogue box will appear. Select "Driver from disk provided by hardware
       manufacturer" to install driver from the  CDROM that come with your maiboard.

       Note: If your new adapter is not detected by Windows 98, you can open
       "My Computer" -> "Control Panel" -> "Networks" after Windows 98 comes up,
       and select "Add adapter" -> "Have disk" to install driver from the
        CDROM that come with your maiboard.

    2. Insert the CD into your CDROM drive, and specify the
       path of the driver in the CDROM(i.e. \DevDrv\Net\RealTek\WIN98) to copy the driver
       files to your system.

    3. When the driver installation is completed, restart Windows 98.



  For Windows ME
===================
	The OS itself has the network adapter driver , you can install driver from the OS.



  For Windows NT
===================
  Before starting with the installation process, make sure that the adapter
  is properly installed and configured.

    1. Open "Control Panel" -> "Networks", and choose the "Add Adapter" button.
       The Add Noetwork Adapter dialog box appears.  Select "<other> Requires
       disk from manufacturer" in the list of Network Adapters, and then press
       <Enter>.

    2. Insert the Driver CD that come with your mainboard into your CDROM drive, and specify the
       path of the driver in the CDROM(i.e. "cd driver"\DevDrv\Net\RealTek\WINNT4) if necessary.

    3. Select "PCI 10/100Mb Fast Ethernet Adapter", and start to copy the driver
       files to your system.

    4. After all the driver files have been copied to your system, a property
       dialog box appears in the screen. You can enable the special properties
       if you want to.

    5. When the driver installation is completed, restart your PC.




  For Windows 2000
=====================
	The OS itself has the network adapter driver , you can install driver from the OS.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
