Introduction: This Ethernet NDIS driver conforms to Microsoft LAN Manager Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) Version 3.0, supporting Microsoft Windows NT v4.0 environment. 2. Contents of the Subdirectory: RETH.SYS The NDIS3 driver for Windows NT. OEMSETUP.INF A setup-information file for installing the Ethernet NDIS driver under Windows NT. 3. Installation First, install your PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter on your system following the procedure described in your installation manual. Then follow the instructions listed below to load this driver on a Windows NT system. 1) From Control Panel in My Computer, double-click the "Network" symbol. 2) In the "Network" panel, select "Adapters" tab and click the "Add" button. 3) Insert the Ethernet Driver Disk into any floppy on your system. 4) In the "Select Netwrok Adapter" panel, select the "Have Disk" button. 5) Specify the driver location, e. g., A:\WINNT\4.0, and then select the "OK" button. The "PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter" will be displayed in the "Select OEM Option" panel. Note: If necessary, modify the I/O and IRQ settings in the "PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter Setup" panel. The system copies the files for you. 6) When returning to the "Network" panel, select the "Close" button. 7) Restart Windows NT.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
