I Installation:

Please add [C:\tvprot.exe] in the [c:\autoexec.bat files]
after you finished the installation

When you install 'IA-TVSetup.exe' to your system,
there are totally 5 files have copy to the following
path:
1 ia-tvfriendly.exe c:\windows\start menu\programs\stup
2. tvft.vxd c:\windows\system
3. tvdll.dll c:\windows\system
4. Magnify.exe c:\windows\system //win98 default optional application
5. mag_hook.dll c:\windows\system //win98 default optional file
6. atv06w9x.dll c:\windows\system
** Running ia-tvfriendly.exe, system will run 640x480 resolution automatically. **
** Also, if TV is connected, system will change your system configuration **
** to match TV configuration by ia-tvfriendly.
II Settings check:
All the function settings are saved in the win98 registry.
You may follow the steps to check it(if it is necessary).
1. click 'START'
2. click 'RUN'
3. type 'regedit' in the pop out window
4. You should see a window comes out named 'registry editor'
5. click 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | Software | MbiTvoutSettings | usersettings'
6. All the settings are saved int he folder 'MbiTvoutSettings\Usersettings'
7. If you don't see this folder, you should check your system
setup with your system engineer to make sure this 'registry editor' has been
installed.
** We strongly recommand you do not change these registry values, **
** any changes may cause system perform innormally.
III Functions:
a. The "IA-TV Friendly" allows users to adjust:
1 screen size : depend on the user's choice.
2.Flicker filter :
3.Contrast :
4.Position : Up, Down, Left, Right, Centerize
5.Sharpness
6.Blackness
7.TV Standard : NTSC/PAL
8.Maginify : Maximun half of screen will be zoom in for text reading.
9. Scart TV Mode enable Hotkey F11
10. TV : switch CRT mode to TV mode
11. CRT: switch TV mode to CRT mode
b. The Scart_PAL mode is designed for those TV that has SCART standard
output. If your TV set has composite or S-Video output only, the
selection of SCART_PAL will be disable, you will not be able to
use it.
c. Every function in IA-TV friendly has a hot-key control. Please check "help"
to see detail information and hot-key usage.
d. If you woould like to change the tv standand from NTSC<->PAL follow the steps:

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
