COPYRIGHT INTELLIGRAPHICS, INC. 1999

This is release 3.29Q (b28) of the NeoMagic NM3/4 NT4 driver (General),
released on 2/16/99.

For installation instructions please see INSTALL.TXT, which is on the
installation diskette.

To create the installation diskette, unzip INSTALL.ZIP to a formatted,
blank diskette.  The command is:

  pkunzip -do install.zip a:


Restrictions:
	Due to recent Fix - SP3 or greater is suggested.  Assertion failures
	have been noted in WB99 without SP3+ in max res/bpp for HW.


New features/functionality:
Fixed Bugs:
	Implemented fix provided by NM.  Excel worksheet CCRACK60.XLS causes bluescreen on NT4.
	
NOTES:

	The Programmer Blitter Stride test will show a fail condition if the PC9x tests
	are started in a 24bpp mode.  The fail condition is related to DD_CAPS.
	Development is investigating as to whether this is a DD/test problem or a driver problem.

         inadvertently turning the hw cursor on.
  File/Functions affected: POINTER.C/ResetCursor() and DrvMovePointer()

  Bug# IBM WINNT-013 Wrap DOS full screen when switch from LCD to CRT
  This was not reproducible after WINNT-014 was fixed.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
