1) Double click the Control Panel icon in Windows NT.
2) Click on the Network icon.
3) Click on the "Add Adapter" button.
4) Select "<other> Requires disk from manufacturer" from the scroll
list then press [Enter].
5) Insert driver diskette in drive (A: or B:); type in the drive and
pathname (e.g., A:\ or B:\ ) then click OK.
6) In the "OEM Option dialog" box, the following will be displayed:

7) Driver installation is completed. The newly installed adapter card
type and driver will now become part of the network system software.

will be listed in the "Installed Adapter Cards" menu.
8) Finally, complete the network installation process, bind the
adapter to transport drivers by choosing "Bindings" button under
Network Setting dialog box.
9) Reboot your system for the changes to take effect.

1) Open "Control Panel" -> "Networks", and choose the "Adapters".
In "Adapters" click on "Add...", and then click "Have Disk...".
2) Insert the driver diskette into your floppy drive, and specify the
path of the driver in the diskette(i.e. A:\) if necessary.
3) Select "32 bit IO Mode PCI Bus Ethernet Adapter", and start to copy the
driver files to your system.
4) Driver installation is completed. The newly installed adapter card
type and driver will now become part of the network system software.
"[0x]32 bit IO Mode Ethernet PCI Adapter"
will be listed in the "Network Adapters" menu, then click on "Close".
5) When the driver installation is completed, restart your PC.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
