All rights reserved. Content: -------- A) Install NDIS 3.1 driver to the Windows 95 The drivers named ACCPCI.VXD contained in the directory WIN95. NDIS Driver Installation on Windows 95 -------------------------------------- 1. Boot from Windows 95 2. Click the "My Computer" icon in the Main Program Group. 3. Click the "Control Panel" icon from My Computer window. 4. Click the "Network" icon from the Control Panel window. 5. Select "Adapter" item from Network Component Type dialog box, then click "Add" button. 6. Click "Have Disk" button from the Select Network Adapters dialog box. 7. Type destination driver and path name in your PC. Make sure the full path of the directory (i.e. A:\WIN95) is given. 8. Insert the Accton Driver Diskette in your floppy drive and press <Enter> to start the installation process. 9. When the "Accton EN-1203 PCI Ethernet Adapter" dialog box appear. Select this item and click "O.K." button. 10.Follow screen instructions to complete the process. 11.Restart your computer. B) Configuration NDIS 3.1 driver to the Windows 95 1. Following installation, select "Adapter" item from Network Component Type dialog box, then click "Properties..." button. 2. Click "Advanced" button from Properties for Accton EN-1203 PCI Ethernet Adapter dialog box. 3. Here, you can set the following properties: <1>. Burst Length : 1 Dword ; Default is 16 Dwords. 2 Dwords ; (1 Dword = 4 bytes). 4 Dwords 8 Dwords 16 Dwords 32 Dwords <2>. Bus Number : 0 ; Default is bus 0. 1 2 <3>. Connection Type : AutoDetect ; Default is AutoDetect AUI [thicknet] BNC [thinnet] TP - Full Duplex TP - No Link Test Twisted Pair <4>. PCI Access Mechanism : AutoDetect ; Default is AutoDetect Mechanism 1 Mechanism 2 4. Follow screen instructions to complete the process. 5. Restart your computer. ===End===Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
