The most important thing for Accton's EN166x adapter is that:

** To use EN166x adapter on Non-PnP machine, please run 1Step program
and set the adapter to jumpless mode, otherwise driver can't recognize
the adapter.
** 1Step Ver1.01 or later can not be used with UNC diskette Ver 1.1, it
must use together with UNC diskette Ver1.21 or later.
** AccView Station program are moved to MPX WORK diskette, this disk
are included in 5 adapters package(EN166x-005), if user want to use
this program, he can copy it from Accton's distributor or download from
Accton's BBS directly.(See \Support directory for BBS information)

INSTALL.BAT Batch file for installing the 1Step program; it
also runs 1Step automatically after completing
the installation. To run this program from DOS,
type INSTALL and press Enter.
1STEP.EXE 1Step Installation Program for setting up
the adapter's hardware configuration, software
driver and running diagnostics.
SETUP166.EXE Setup Program for setting up the adapter's hardware
configuration.
STARTNET.BAT Batch file for connecting the ODI driver to
the server automatically. To run this program
from DOS, type STARTNET and press Enter.
RELEASE.TXT This file. Presents a summary of the contents
of your Driver Diskette.
HELP.TXT Text file about 1Step's online help. You can
view this file within the 1Step program by
pressing <F1>. Or you can view using the
DOS TYPE command.
MPX2.TXT Text file about how to use MPX2 driver.
OEMSETUP.INF Windows for workgroup 3.11 installation file.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
