This driver is allowed to install on 4 LAN cards with Winbond 940 chips. This driver will automatically get IOBASE and IRQ of 940 chips from PCI Configuration Space. If there are more 940 cards than the installed board number, this driver will automatically select 940 cards to load. If the installed board number is more than the 940 card number, this driver will show warning messaage, and exits.
