D353GU for Windows 98 / 95 In order to install the D353GU driver, Windows 98 or Windows 95 OSR2 with USB Supplement (build 1214) is required. To install the D353GU driver: 1) Power on your PC. 2) Connect the D353GU to the PC or USB port of an USB Hub. 3) "Add New Hardware Wizard" Window will launch. 4) Insert the driver CD into your CD-ROM drive. 5) Follow the instructions on the screen. 6) Your PC will automatically recognize the D353GU. NOTE: Connect the drive directly to the USB port on your PC or on a USB hub. When connecting the D353GU to a USB hub while in use, remember to connect the AC adapter to the USB hub. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
