-----------------------------------------------------------------------
The i2Go Media Manager software replaces the MP3Agent software solution.
During installation you will be notified that the installation will
remove your current version of MP3Agent software. To install the Media
Manager software you must complete the uninstall of the MP3Agent software.
If you elect not to uninstall the MP3Agent software you will be forced
out of the installation.

your 2Go Network Portal and register / sign on.

2.0 KNOWN ISSUES
======================================================================

2.1 Transferring email to player via Eudora
------------------------------------------------------------------
Windows2000
If the Media Manager settings are set to 'Automatically transfer a copy of email to portable player' and you are using Eudora as your email client, the sender's name and subject may get dropped when playing back the email on your portable player (driven by i2Go technonology).

2.2 Copy and Paste of folders in portable player namespace
------------------------------------------------------------------
Windows98/Me/2000
Copying and pasting using ctrl+c and ctrl+v may not work properly in the right pane of explorer view within the portable player namespace.

2.3 Playback and transferring of HTML Email
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Windows 98/Me/2000
If an email sender has elected to convert outgoing email to HTML, that email cannot be converted to speech. There is no work around at this time.

2.4 Receiving Mail to Player via Outlook
------------------------------------------------------------------
Windows98
When transferring incoming mail, either manually or automatically, to your portable player (driven by i2Go technology) the timestamp may playback GMT time.
