If you want to control the xp-AntiSpy via the commandline without any gui, then you can do this in the following way:
syntax: xp-antispy3E.exe [number of the setting]
Number of the setting:
0 == Delete Alexa registry entry
1 == Do not acquire licenses automatically
2 == Disable identification of player by websites
3 == Disable automatic codec download
4 == Disable error reports
5 == Disable error reports for critical errors
6 == Disable scheduled updates
7 == Disable automatic updates
8 == Disable integrated Windows authentification
9 == Disable error-report service
10 == Disable auto-updates service
11 == Disable timeserver service
12 == Disable task-scheduler service
14 == Disable autostart
15 == Uninstall completely
16 == Remove MS-support user
17 == Regwizc.dll
18 == licdll.dll
19 == Explorer: Turn off remotedesktop support
20 == Set RegDone=1
21 == Don't synchronize with internet-time
22 == Don't show BalloonTips anymore
23 == Clear pagefile at shutdown
