Disk for CRD155B I/O Card

********** QUICK START ************
The easiest way to try out your CRD155B card is to use the
"crd155btest" program to perform some simple I/O operations.
  To do this, simply:
    1. Install the Portal API (see installation instructions in
       the documentation at: portalapi/documentation/index.html
    2. Run crd155btest from crd155btest/win/CRD155BTest.exe, or
if you're using Linux, from crd155btest/linux/crd155btest
    3. Try out the functionality of the card. For example, configure
a port as an output port, output a value of 255 to that port,
and ensure that all lines of that port go high (around 5V).
