This driver was originally intended for Windows NT and 2000 but I found it also works for Windows XP which Primax say is not supported on their web site! Here are some additional notes:- 1. Your printer port must be configured as EPP in the BIOS (preferably at 1.9). 2. Make sure the scanner is the first peripheral on your Printer port, connect your printer to your scanner printer port. 3. The model may appear as Pimax 9600 during installation but it also works for the Colorado D600 To install :- 1. Connect your scanner as per the manufacturer's instructions. 2. Run the P36_ennt.exe file included with this download 3. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
