Combo Audio Driver Components for Windows XP Embedded SP1
4/09/2004
Copyright (C) 2002-2004 VIA Technologies, INC.
1. Release note
This package is ver 8.0, adapted from logo'ed audio driver
Vinyl_AudioCodec_V510c.zip for chips VT82C686A, VT82C686B, VT8231,
VT8233, VT8233A, VT8233C, VT8235 and VT8237. We have modified
and added two generic device IDs to the "VIAUDIO.INF" file so
that all the boards, regardless of their specific Subsystem IDs,
can use these components. However, the CAT file is no longer
valid as a result.
VIA provides the user with this sample component implementation,
to ease development and test effort. The user, however,
is advised to obtain the latest available driver and author
his or her own components.
