What is new in 3.00.00 from 2.08_02

1. Added SLB3635TT1.2 Detection.
A tool is now able to detect Infineon both TPM1.1 and TPM1.2.

2. Update Menu 'i' display for TPM1.2
When a TPM1.2 chip is detected, under MENU 'I' option, the status will display:   
TPM_GetCapability Command:
	TPM_CAP_VERSION_INFO
	TPM_PERMANENT_FLAGS
	TPM_STCLEAR_FLAGS

TPM_FieldUpgrade Command:
	InfoRequest

For TPM_FieldUpgrade() refer to Infineon TPM Databook.

3. Some change in responds for 'i' option.
'i' option will responds with "note:" when TPM is 
- disable or 
- deactivated or 
- TPM requesting for Selftestfull or
- TPM is Busy (Request Retry) or
- TPM is performing Selftest or
- The TPM is defending against dictionary attacks and is in some time-out period or
- Other state not listed will display the return code specified in TCG Main Spec.

4. Change in sequence for -productiontest and -integrationtest option.
In earlier version Selftestfull is run last. In this version Sefttestfull is run first.

5. Help menu pause.
Help menu will now pause when the screen is filled. Press any key to continue scrolling to the next page.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
