   Mitsumi CD-ROM Drivers
   ======================
   The original Mitsumi CD-ROM device driver does not support the CD-ROM
   Port Addresses (63xH & 65xH) used by your sound card. To overcome this
   problem, a patch program (CDPATCH.EXE) is bundled together with the
   utility disk which can be found under the {...\DRIVERS} directory after
   installing the sound card software. This program will search and patch
   the original Mitsumi CD-ROM drivers (i.e. MTMCDAE.SYS, MTMCDAS.SYS or
   MTMCDE.SYS) in the {...\DRIVERS} directory automatically.

   The program will prompt the user before it proceed to modify the driver,
   and a message "... has been modified!" will be displayed upon successfully
   modifying of the drivers. If the driver is not the original version or
   it had been modified previously, the program will prompted "the file is
   not modified!".

   Therefore, Please run this program immediately after the installation of
   the original Mitsumi CD-ROM driver (via CONFIG.EXE utility and SETUP.EXE)
   before rebooting your system to load the Mitsumi driver.

   Microsoft CD-ROM Extensions (MSCDEX.EXE)
   ========================================
   The above file is needed for operation of CD-ROM drives under the DOS
   environment. This file is only bundled with DOS version 6.x. Therefore,
   if you are using DOS version 5, please contact your local Microsoft's
   dealers for a copy of MSCDEX.EXE (for DOS version 5 usage).
