Millie and Ken at the Ballgame

It waz a beeuteful Saterday. in#early may. Millie and ken planed to attend there skool's baseball game. There team waz undefeeted so far, butt the teem they where playing waz one of the best in the state. "it shuld be an exciting game," sed ken. "We won't e ven hav to wory a bout ice cream," said Millie, "becuz we can by some there." The game wuz in another town. it wuz five miles a way they decided to take a bus. They wear talking and laFFing so much on the bus that they did'nt notus that the ski was geting greyer and greyer and darkur and darker. Just as they got of the bus, the reinstarted to falling like all kynds of driping cats and soggy dogs. "Let's go too the ballpark any way," said Millie who wuz silly."Maybethe rain will stop." It was only a#short walk to the ballpark, but as#they werewalking the rain got worse#and worse. When they finally got#there, they saw a sign: "GAME#POSTPONED DO TO REIGN." Millie looked at the sign#and sighed. "Don't be sad," said Ken.# "We couldn't see the game anyway#because I forgot the tiKkets!"
