Name: < > Class: < > Date: < > Falling Across Play "Falling Across" by thinking first of a subject (for fall, of course!). Then take the first word that comes to mind about the subject and type the letters of that word down the screen. Type new words beginning with each letter about the subject across the screen. Here's an example: Subject: Columbus First Word: Ship ----- Falling Across ----- S ship, sail, sailor, Santa Maria, South America, Spain H home, Hispanola, hope, happy, honor, haste, hull I island, inland, isle, items, imagination P Pinta, proof, problem, possibility, pray, prosper, priest Here's an example of a poem that uses words or "alike-words" from the list: "Columbus" From Spain to South America He sailed his jolly ship. He hoped honors far from home Would pay the long long trip. Happy sailors in the hull Saw treasures in the hold; Imagining an island full Would keep them strong and bold. O Nina! O Pinta! O Santa Maria! Prayers to prosper and prove A sailing route from West to East- And to Hispanola sailed the crew! Count how many "Falling Across" words show up in this poem. (You can sing "Columbus" to the tune of "My Name is MacNamara -- I'm the Leader of the Band." Never heard of it???? Ask a grandparent or music teacher to hum it!) Your "Falling Across" Your poem can be short, or it can be as long as the "Columbus" poem. It's your choice -- it's your poem! Use your "Falling Across" words to help -- not worry -- your imagination. Think of your own fall subject or play "Falling Across" with one of these subjects: Halloween Thanksgiving Football Homecoming Fall Autumn Migrate Weather Type the letters of your word going down. < > Go up to each letter in your word and type words across that begin with that letter. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
